FOOD

There will be vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available during the banquet provided we are notified of any dietary requirements in advance.

Non-alcoholic drinks are also available during the Medieval Banquet. 1 glass of wine/ale per person included. You are welcome to bring your own beverages however please bear in mind that anyone considered heavily under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate in activities.

​NO ALCOHOL before or during the Paranormal Investigation please. This is to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

All outdoor activities are weather permitting. In the event of poor weather, activities will take place indoors.

As we have private use of the entire estate guests are welcome to remain in the forest or explore after-hours but are responsible for their own safety outside the organised schedule. If returning to the house or tent late please be considerate towards fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation within the main house is in shared, dorm style rooms. Where possible couples will be allocated smaller private rooms however we cannot guarantee this. Single guests will be asked to share in same sex, larger rooms. Bell Tents are private and you will have a tent exclusively for yourself and those you book with. There are toilet and wash facilities in the Bell Tent village and also in the main house.

INSURANCE

As detailed in our Terms & Conditions we always recommend that guests take out private travel insurance to cover any losses should you be unable to attend. All payments are non transferable and non refundable.

DEPOSITS

If you choose to secure your place(s) with a deposit, you accept that the remaining balance will be due on or before 1st July 2023 and a reminder email with payment link will be sent 14 days prior to this date. You can also pay your remaining balance at any time by visiting our 'Balance Payments' section and selecting the correct event.

Should the remaining balance not be paid by 1st July your place will be forfeited. HD Paranormal reserve the right to re-advertise your place. Deposits are non-refundable.

​All bookings are protected by our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy meaning that if the event cannot go ahead due to lockdown restrictions all guests will receive a full refund.
