Accommodation

Our home for 2 days and nights will be the beautiful 17th century stone built 'Swallows Nest' barn near Launceston.

Inside you will find a wealth of original features including exposed stone walls, original beams, wood-burners and inglenook fireplace...where better for a weekend of witchery?

There are 5 shared bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a comfortable lounge with wood-burner and a large games room.

Outside there is an alfresco covered dining area, with fairy lights, candles and wood-burner for those crisp Autumnal nights!

Bewitching Boscastle & Tintagel

An epicentre for pagan and spiritual practises there are few places in the UK more magical than Boscastle.

We will spend the morning browsing the many esoteric shops offering crystals, fossils, jewellery, oracle cards, clothing and more before paying a visit to the world famous Museum of Witchcraft.

A short 15 minute drive from Boscastle is a place steeped in myth and legend, Tintagel Castle of Arthurian fame. We will rest a while hear to enjoy a picnic is the weather is kind before cotinuing our tour of this deeply spiritual area with a visit to St Necterns Falls for healing and grounding.

St Nectans Woodland & Falls

St Nectan’s Glen is a place where fauna take refuge amid tales of fairies, piskies and spirits, serenaded by the wonderful sound of bird song.

We will take the enchanting woodland walk towards the waterfall, taking time to enjoy the ancient echoes of pilgrimages past.

Once at the falls we will have the opportunity to walk barefoot through the healing waters, spending time at one with nature.

Magical Crafting

Throughout this wonderful weekend you will spend time in nature, hand making some magical items to take home including your very own mini Besom broom for use in clearings and spell casting. You will work with focus and positive intent while crafting, infusing the energies of the surrounding landscape with your own vibrations to create items that are personal and connected to you.

You will learn ancient techniques, reaching deep within your own spirituality.

The Autumn Equinox

The autumnal equinox marks the first day of autumn as summer sunshine gives way to red leaves and rain.

Spiritually, this is a very important time as the ebb and flow of energies shifts with the seasons. As Mother Nature is preparing to 'let go' and release, in preparation for the darker days, so must we. You will learn about rituals specific to this time of year and work to create powerful manifestations for the months ahead.

Equinox celebrations will begin on Friday evening with a beautiful candlelit feast.
