ACCOMMODATION
All bedrooms are private ensuite rooms and intended for double occupancy. There are no single rooms available therefore single travellers accept that they will be sharing a room with 1 other guest of the same gender. If you would like to make a special request or know a fellow single traveller and wish to be put in the same room please contact us.
DEPOSITS
If you choose to secure your place(s) with a deposit, you accept that the remaining balance will be due on or before 29th Sept 2023 and a reminder email with payment link will be sent 14 days prior to this date. You can also pay your remaining balance at any time by visiting our 'Balance Payments' section and selecting the correct event.
Should the remaining balance not be paid by 29th September your place will be forfeited. HD Paranormal reserve the right to re-advertise your place. Deposits are non-refundable.
Anyone found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during paranormal investigations may be asked to leave and no refunds given.
All bookings are protected by our COVID-19 Cancellation Policy meaning that if the event cannot go ahead due to lockdown restrictions all guests will receive a full refund.
