By the end of the workshop you will have a better understanding of:

  • The history of paranormal investigation

  • various types of paranormal phenomena

  • paranormal investigations and best practise - what are we really looking for?

  • the tools of the trade (ghost hunting gadgets and their uses)

  • the role of Parapsychology

  • what is a 'Ghost'?

  • famous hauntings including The Enfield Poltergeist and Borley Rectory

  • Consciousness  - is it all in our head?

About our venue

Where better to hold a Paranormal Workshop than in an allegedly haunted building?

City Campus at the University of Worcester is an impressive victorian building, which used to be the Worcester Royal Infirmary.

Given it's original use it will come as no surprise that this historic building in the heart of the city has seen more than its fair share of ghostly activity.
