CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

terms & conditions relating to public events

UPDATED: 15/09/20

We are regularly monitoring the ever changing situation with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The health and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority and following the initial recommendations from Prime Minister Johnson we cancelled all events between 1st March - 1st October 2020. All guests affected were contacted.

We have continued to closely monitor the rules and regulations over the past few months and following the latest 'rule of 6' announcement, which comes into force on Monday 14th September 2020 we would like to reassure guests due to attend events over the next few months that these will be going ahead as planned, however with strict COVID-19 measures in place as permitted by law.

The Department of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) have also confirmed that events of up to

30 people can still go ahead as are exempt from the 'rule of 6'.

The government update clearly states the following:

COVID Secure venues – tourism and hospitality

  • COVID-19 Secure venues, such as places of worship, restaurants and hospitality venues, can still host larger numbers in total but groups of up to 6 must not mix or form larger groups. This rule will not apply to individual households or support bubbles of more than 6 who will still be able to gather together.

  • Premises and venues where people meet socially will be legally required to request the contact details of a member of every party, record and retain these details for 21 days, and provide them to NHS Test & Trace without delay when required.

  • The government will support local authorities to make further and faster use of their powers to close venues that are breaking the rules and pose a risk to public health.

  • Fines will be levied against hospitality venues that fail to ensure their premises remain COVID Secure.

As a result of the above we have completed COVID19 Secure Risk Assessments with all venues and are confident that the following measures will ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

  • Non contact temperature checks upon entry (anyone with a high temperature will not be permitted)

  • Face masks must be worn at all times

  • Hand sanitizer and/or hand washing facilities will be available

  • Guests to bring their own drinks and individually sealed snacks will be provided

  • 1 metre distance to be maintained between individuals or household bubbles

  • Mandatory track & trace system (details held securely for 21 days)

  • Wherever possible a one-way entry/exit system will be in place

  • Staggered break times to ensure no more than 6 people are together at any point

  • All HD Paranormal equipment to be sanitized before, during and after the event

We would like to thank all guests for their co-operation and understanding during this difficult time.

We will continue to closely monitor the advice in regards to COVID-19 and will update these terms and conditions accordingly.

TOGETHER WE CAN KEEP EACH OTHER SAFE
