Please be assured that if you book onto a HD Paranormal event, you are covered by our COVID-19 Cancellation guarantee which means in the event of new restrictions or another lockdown, you will receive a full refund.
The safety and well being of our guests and staff remains our priority and we will continue to do everything we can to keep everyone safe.
We will continue to take additional precautions until we can be sure that the threat from COVID-19 has eased significantly. These measure will include staff taking LF tests prior to events, smaller groups, hand sanitisers provided, equipment such as Ouija boards, glasses and tables will be cleaned between uses and individually pre-packed snacks and refreshments provided.
We also ask that guests who have been feeling unwell do not attend.

EERIE ESCAPES WEEKEND BREAKS

Thanks to the vaccine programme and enhanced cleaning and awareness at venues across the UK, our Eerie Escapes Breaks will be going ahead as usual with the above mentioned precautions in place. Guests will be asked to carry out a LF test prior to joining us and anyone feeling unwell is advised not to attend and anyone displaying symptoms upon arrival will be asked to return home.
Please check spam folders if you have not received emails relating to your Eerie Escape.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will update guests if needed.
As stated in the standard terms and conditions we do strongly recommend that guests book their own travel insurance when booking any break or holiday to cover them in case of unforeseen circumstances.
